We will discuss the EPA rules for out-of-control (OOC) checking, how they work during various startup, shutdown, and restart scenarios, and how the 8832 and 8864 data controllers handle these rules.
Presented on 5/31/2016
We will then take a detailed look into new math functions ESC has added that can read the amount of time remaining in calibration counters. Most importantly, a counter is provided to indicate the time remaining before a channel goes out-of-control (OOC). This allows the configuration to start a calibration automatically and prevent OOC during certain unit startup and unit restart situations. Explore the setup and use of these counters in the 8864.
