Early Bird Registration Fee

The Early Bird Registration fee of $300 for the Spring 2017 User Group will end Friday, March 31st at midnight, Central Time. Standard pricing is $350. Registration will close on Friday, April 21st.

Executive suites with two queen beds at the rate of $239 per night plus tax are currently available at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel.

The Marriott City Center is another great option, located across the street from the Sheraton. The two hotels are linked via a skybridge. Rates at the Marriott City Center start at $303 per night but are subject to change.

The ESC User Group meeting is a semi-annual meeting of the membership of the Users Group, composed of personnel engaged in design, operation, maintenance, or other use of ESC software who purchased those systems (member companies).

The User Group is unique in the industry because it is governed by its own by-laws and led by a Steering Committee elected by users. Integrators and contractors please contact the Steering Committee for approval to attend before registering.
