ESC Customer Communities

The Customer Communities feature is the easiest way for customers to find information, download software and firmware releases, and submit a support case all in one place. This is made even easier with the inclusion of communities into your StackVision client. Introduced in StackVision 5.4, Communities can be accessed through the New Client in StackVision 6.0.

Communities can be accessed by directly launching from the New Client > Communities menu in StackVision, or by launching the New Client.


You can use the same login as you would on the ESC website when prompted. Once your login is complete, the ESC Customer Community site is displayed in the client with all the same features it offers when you log into the site from your browser. This includes the ability to submit a support case, search knowledge articles about the software, download documentation and update releases, and much more!
