Daylight Saving Time (DST) for 2018 ends this coming Sunday, November 4th at 2:00 am. Clocks are turned back 1 hour. But, how should you account for that hour in your compliance reports?
Actually, EPA requires your DAS to remain on Standard Time for collecting and reporting data. See Part 75 Emissions Monitoring Policy Manual, Question 13.4 for more information.
